Dr. P. Buch takes about 5 minutes and rushes you out also he had prescribed my meds wich is against the law for the type and amount given. i called him one morning and he got mad and hung up me. he was pushing different meds on me i refused to take. the amount of the meds given to me could of endangered my life.
The front office staff is the worst, the biller does not know what she is doing. I emailed her where to send claims to, person name , phone number and email address to get my claim paid. I called my insurance multiple times and no claims on file, I kept emailing the biller and left messages and no return call or email. My first visit was not paid, but every other visit after that was paid. This was March 2025. I get a bill in the mail today for my first visit to pay $125. Dr. Buch is wonderful!! He cares about his patients and is very supportive. He is the best!!! I'm so happy that I found him!!
I really felt heard here. After having consistently terrible psychs that lied or didn't listen it was a breath of fresh air to come here and actually be heard. I have repeatedly requested to be lowered on medication I felt I didn't need and no one felt it was necessary to assist me but I came here and told Dr. Buch, he began lowering my doses once he felt I was in a good place. I am really grateful to find this place and have a provider take me seriously. Would recommend for sure!
