Got appointment immediately. My primary care referred me. I was scared by my symptoms. Arrived and without even a friendly smile was told “we don’t take your insurance.” 1) you asked over phone and I told you insurance 2) at least be friendly-going to a cardiologist is scary enough 3) no need to be so cold when a cardiac patient is being sent away-at least offer assistance. Ask the person if they are ok. 4) the office was empty-staff chose to sit there instead of offering assistance. Nit kind.
Dr. Du is a kind-hearted doctor who loves his patients and has a sense of responsibility. He is a life-saving physician; he saved my life!
Doctor DU is an incredible Cardiologist! He saved my life, which I will be eternally gratefull. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and competently answers ALL questions at a level you can understand, and is very patient!
I have never been to a more kind and caring Doctor or practice. They go above and beyond to take the time to explain things to me. He takes the time to listen and I believe he truly cares.
Dr Du and staff truly impressed us with the level of care they've been giving my 82 year old Mom. They are most efficient, caring and it's quite apparent, they enjoy their work. Brian and Chiara are awesome and Dr Du is an amazing physician, methodical while very kind.
I was originally sent to see Dr. Du because I was expected to have 2 SPINAL surgeries a day apart with each one no less than 8 hrs. My husband and I both found Dr.Du kind,thoughtful and concerned with what I had been through and would now be going through. Dr. Du continues to see me after 6 months post surgery because of the various issues I continue to deal with. I truly adore him and his staff is also WONDERFUL . So, I would recommend Dr. Du without reservation.His patients are in good hands.
visit no more then 5 minutes (charge $432). suggest test with no cost for patient (insurance will pay) but still billed patient. Bad experiences
