Good God. I have never had such a horrible experience contacting a physician office in my life. I have made several phone calls today and its like a circus contacting your offices. I have yet to have one office do anything for me but pass me off to another office or give me a fax number to have a referral sent. Only to call my general cardiologist and be told the your offices needs to fax a request to ther fax number. You know what you all can do with your fax numbers? As I write this I’m listening to another worthless recep... read more

My91 year old mother was sent to MGH for a fall on November 19, 2026 at 4:30 pm from her assisted living in Kenton 30 minutes away. The staff was kind and efficient and had all tests done quickly until she needed a transport home. She was discharged at 7:30 but the transport eta was 11:00 pm. I asked them to call a transport from Kenton. They refused. She said it had to be a private transport and Kenton didn't have any. (Even though this same transport took her home from MGH in April. ) I told them I would call them and was ... read more

This Doctor did nothing for me...I lost about 54 pounds...I was asking for an MRI...and he kept telling me I would be ok...well i was losing weight because I had cancer...all because I was trusting this Doctor...I was told by others that went too medical school that one of the first things you learn in medical school is about weight lost and cancer are related...very bad doctor...very bad man...there is no excuse for this.

Worst emergency room service. When admitted they do not address your problem, they just run tests for other things. My husband was there for heart failure and they never addressed that at all. The emergency room is worse. Would never recommend this hospital after what me and my husband went through. Take the time to go to Renown in Reno.

They are NOT patient centered. They are focused on their cell phones. The opposite of love, is not hate; it is indifference. They are indifferent. Itvus more about money; and getting back to whatever they are watching on their cell phones.

Although the care has been excellent at this hospital, the providers are truly exceptional! However, I consistently get surprise bills for preventive care from the hospital. I know my health insurance plays a role in this, but I have found the hospital to be very vague about all aspects related to costs. Today, despite my insurance representative being on the phone for a three-way call, they confirmed that colonoscopies are covered 100% for preventive care. I was unable to obtain an accurate or clear estimate of the cost f... read more

My name is Brian Keith Johnson, and my wife and I have both been patients with Dr Dietrich. He has done two prior procedures on her and two on me, both with great success. Though I was supposed to write this review after my last appointment in August, I failed to do so in a timely manner, but I figured that later is better than never. There is a reason (not an excuse) for my delayed review. I am a professional opera singer. Since I retired from my 35 year public school teaching job last year, I have been singin... read more

The process of having to get a colonoscopy done is very unorganized. My doctor told me in August 2025 that I would need one and I was told that I would not be schedule until the end of October 2025. I was later told that it would not be until sometime in February. I had to call my doctor and complained and then was finally scheduled in November 2025. I finally receive the document for the colonoscopy by email. The document stated I need to pick up my prescription, does not state where, meaning is that at my pharmacy o... read more

I’m honestly heartbroken to have to write this, because I truly admire the doctor — he’s caring, knowledgeable, and someone I trusted completely. But the office staff has made every visit a stressful and upsetting experience. They are rude, unprofessional, and speak to patients in a condescending way, as if our time or concerns don’t matter. It’s so disappointing to see such a great doctor surrounded by a team that lacks compassion and respect. No one should be made to feel small or dismissed when seeking medical care. I’ve... read more
