Doctor last minute canceled an appointment that I took off for while I was already on my way to the office. She did not get to know my child at all. I waited 9 long months for this appointment and she was unaware of just how difficult it is to get an appointment at this office. Incredible doctor, listened to all my concerns and helped every way she could. Don't know why there are negative reviews on the wait time, which is the case everywhere
They asked me to come in on a day that they had an opening that canceled. I came and waited an hour... they asked to reschedule.
