Someone just called me from their number and asked if I was Maria. I told her I wasn't and she went on saying I need to tell Maria her blood work was good. First of all, I don't know who Maria is. Second of all, why proceed to tell me her medical business? You didn't even know who you were talking with. Not professional at all. I thought it was a joke until I looked up the phone number.
Rudest staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing. Amy and Tracy being their “superstars”. This doctors office will not try and help you figure out your problem. They will guess what the problem is, issue you a bunch of random prescriptions you will probably have to pay for, and when they’re wrong (because they will be) just guess again. They don’t care about you as a human, but as a customer. Nobody there has any clue what’s going on. You’d get better advice from some crackpot off the street.
