Nothing good to say about the Cleveland TX location. First off, is the making of the appointment. My doctors office sent the referral to this office and I never received and call to set up an appointment. I had to call them myself. I checked with my doctor and they had sent the referral in. This office claimed to have never received it. Second, I called the day before to find out what my copay would be, The person I talked to could not give me an exact amount, only about what I would have to pay. If you're not a patient person, this is not the office for you. Long wait times. I waited 2 hours after my appointment time, BUT that being said, the reason is because Dr. Koury spends good quality time with his patients. I like that. I don't like feeling rushed in and out, and he and his staff are wonderful and kind. So, make your appointment and make sure you have nothing else planned that day. Also, labs are drawn in house, which is very convenient.
Yet again, waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time (so far). These offices are so poorly run and have ZERO concern for their patients time. If you value your time DO NOT make appointments here.
Millenium physicians in Cleveland has the best staff of any physician's office I have ever been to. The front desk team is awesome, they are very knowledgeable and thorough about payments and insurance. At my most recent visit I had a rare situation to where I was going over my deductible and they took the time to research and ensure I didn't over pay which would make it difficult to be reimbursed later. Make you wait over a hour and keep telling you that you are next waiting room full of people need to stop over booking appointments will not be back
