Dr. Frank has been my brothers Doctor for more than 15 years. My brother has serious health issues and Dr. Frank has always given the time needed at appointments and always makes sure all questions are answered and he gives CLEAR instructions for staying on top of concerns. I have just changed MY OWN primary care to Dr. Frank.
Dr. Frank was my family's Doctor many years ago at Doctor's Walk in Clinic. He was very good. Handled every situation for myself and my girls. I have a family Doctor now, but if he retires I'm going to Dr. Frank.
Doctor is great. He's a lifesaver - literally.
Dr Frank is a very nice man. He needs new office staff that follows through. Mark is especially unprofessional. After trying to get a referral for a procedure for a week he kept dumping me into voice mail when I asked him not to. When I called back, no answer. He only picked up when I used *67 to block my number. He hung up on me a few times. Bottom line, never got referral or meds requested. My boyfriend is now at the ER sick. He has liver disease and needs a transplant. He deserves better.
Dr Frank send me to some test and after 3 weeks calling every day I have not idea of the results. They only call me back once, the assistant or nurses are always with a angry face. I pay $200 for every visit, during the second visit the doctor was paying bills in front of me because they didn't pay the internet on time so the internet company suspend the service. All of this happen in front of me when I was waiting for him to talk to me, but after 3 weeks still dealing with pain this place sucks
Dr. Pier Frank has been our family doctor for over 10 years. Most office visits are prompt and we are in and out as scheduled. Every so often we have to wait when he has a patient in need of a urgent appointment. Which is a good thing, as we have needed to have an urgent appointment on occasion and was able to see our doctor. Dr. Frank is attentive, caring and ACCURATE with diagnosing and arranges tests and lab work as needed with absolute ease. The office staff is AWESOME!
Long visit for appointments up to 4to5hours most times. Ridiculous.
