I agree with those that say that no one can be reached at this office....we tried calling and sent emails and have not gotten a response back...besides having to go IN the office to cancel an appointment or make one what is a person to do? We are from out of town which is pointless to go in to cancel and if we dont show up we get charged a fee?
Unprofessional and useless. The address for his office is 2120 regent street unit 4. No one can update this and no one answers the phones ever no matter how many times you call. When you finally find their office the staff is unwilling to listen to these frustrating issues. No one cares about the patients they're just there to collect their cheques and nothing more... get your referrals sent elsewhere and avoid their offices.
As far as I know he did satisfactory work. My 3 month mark since my surgery is in 2 days and I’ve been calling for 2 weeks…besides the voicemail being a month out of date…I can’t leave a message or get in touch with the office to book a follow up. Even emailed them no response…
