Super frustrating that front desk can’t do their jobs correctly. Went in for Two ultrasounds but they said they only received one referral by my doctor so I only got that one then when they realize the error I had to wait in the waiting area again and they said that they weren’t sure if they would be able to get me in the same day because of the other appointments. The good tech is not there anymore. Not only the new technician can’t do my IV she mess up on my DOB which cause problems with my specialist. Then the office lied to me that they had corrected their mistake but when I shown up they don’t have it ready
BEWARE THIS PLACE! They abuse their employees and get them fired for no reason because of the RACIST TECH They fired my sister for NO REASON AND ABUSED, DISCRIMINATED HER AND RETALIATED ON HER. THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO EEOC IMMEDIATELY
