I had a good experience. Everyone was nice and was informative. Didn’t wait much, I was in and out. The tech was very friendly, explained everything and what to expect. I had a lot of images done.
Scam alert ,you need to watch out for this place It’s a big scam. Try somewhere else because the service is horrible. They gonna charge you $325 in the beginning and then after everything insurance pay $900 for it.about a month later they will send you a separate bill and claim that your insurance is not paid them enough at this point you have no choice but pay them. I went in for an ultrasound. The lady at the counter was fine, helped me through the steps when I first got there. The old asian lady at the ultrasound room was a horrible experience. Rude, unprofessional, wouldn't even let me go to the restroom. If anyone reads this review, don't pay money here and bring your frustrations on yourself. Until I got home and read the reviews about this lady, I know many people have had the same experience. I don't know how good she is but you will get sick if you see her regularly.
The Asian lady in charge of the ultrasound was very rude and unprofessional. No one in the clinic told me not to drink water before the ultrasound. I was there and wanted to go to the toilet, the old Asian lady wouldn't let me go, told me you can't drink water before the ultrasound because there will be water in the bladder, Ok then why don't you let me pee to get rid of the water in the bladder? Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The MRI technicians were amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease during a stressful procedure. Thank you for everything!
