The doctor recommended an MRI and with the order for the study I went personally to this center, the lady from the Magnética counter made a copy of my insurance card and took a copy of the study that I required. They told me to wait that they would contact me after the insurance company confirmed that I could have the study done there. Too many days have passed and since they hadn't contacted me, so I called by phone, and it turns out that there is no record of my information, it was as if I had never gone.
