The doctor recommended an MRI and with the order for the study I went personally to this center, the lady from the Magnética counter made a copy of my insurance card and took a copy of the study that I required. They told me to wait that they would contact me after the insurance company confirmed that I could have the study done there. Went in for ultrasound and MRI, everyone was really nice and helpful. From receptionist to techs... Excellent service.
I had a good experience. Everyone was nice and was informative. Didn’t wait much, I was in and out. The tech was very friendly, explained everything and what to expect. I had a lot of images done.
Scam alert ,you need to watch out for this place It’s a big scam. Try somewhere else because the service is horrible. They gonna charge you $325 in the beginning and then after everything insurance pay $900 for it.about a month later they will send you a separate bill and claim that your insurance is not paid them enough at this point you have no choice but pay them. I went in for an ultrasound. The lady at the counter was fine, helped me through the steps when I first got there. The old asian lady at the ultrasound room was a horrible experience. Rude, unprofessional, wouldn't even let me go to the restroom. If anyone reads this review, don't pay money here and bring your frustrations on yourself. Until I got home and read the reviews about this lady, I know many people have had the same experience. I don't know how good she is but you will get sick if you see her regularly.
