Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful doctor. In addition to being a great surgeon, he has always been friendly and thorough explaining the procedure. He surgically closed our daughter's cleft palate. I highly recommend him.
I brought my 2 month old son in for a simple ear mold device. Prior to moving forward with selecting and placing the device, I discussed the cost with Phuong. He explained that the cost depended on if the procedure (taping plastic on the ear) was covered by my insurance. He stated that he would have to verify and that he could call my insurance to check.
