We are very unhappy with our son’s group football pic. He is completely hidden behind a much larger player. All you can see is his eyebrows and hair. This was his first year on varsity and I can’t order this pic. As an amateur photographer I take multiple photos and focus on getting all kids faces and lining them up correctly based on size. To me this is completely unacceptable. Please do better
Our elementary school uses this photography company for school pictures and they are the worst pictures I have ever seen. We have requested individual picture redos in the past and they are no better. For the last three years we have opted not to buy any pictures from DR Photo and go to JCPenney instead. These look like terrible DMV photos NOT nice portraits. The kids aren't even looking at the camera, no poses, and it's obvious the photographer doesn't even tell them to fix their hair. Not happy with this company, the school pictures are unflattering. They tell the kids to lean back which makes for an awkward teen focus and angle. I've asked to have the relevant sports team photo to be made available in my gallery and have received to response. Why does Jeffco school use this company? Except that they're local?
update.. Finally got the reprints, shouldn't have been a hassle in first place. They at least looked better now..The school should have stuck with life touch. i reached out after receiving my son's photos and the top of his head is cut off. clearly no care or quality control. never got a response until I left a review.
