I received a picture in the mail that was bent. I reached out to customer service only to express what happened in the process of delivery. Without hesitation, and without request, I was sent additional photos. I was so appreciative and the customer service team was very responsive to my questions. In addition, Dr Photos captured moments of my daughter's graduation that I would not have been able to see otherwise. The pictures turned out beautifully.

Horrible customer service and photographer. Unfortunately this is my kids school photographer but obviously will not be purchasing in the future. I still haven’t received an order MONTHS later (a whole new round of photos from school have already long since came and went) and the one I did receive had half of her head cut off! I see someone else complained about this and the response was the photo was cropped. Yeah since a mom would approve an expensive picture with half her kids head cropped off. (Insert eye roll). Worst photos ever and worst customer service. I’ve reached out several times over a year and never get an email or phone call back. The photos we received from the class shots this year are worse than if someone took them with their phone. Terrible.

We are very unhappy with our son’s group football pic. He is completely hidden behind a much larger player. All you can see is his eyebrows and hair. This was his first year on varsity and I can’t order this pic. As an amateur photographer I take multiple photos and focus on getting all kids faces and lining them up correctly based on size. To me this is completely unacceptable. Please do better

Our elementary school uses this photography company for school pictures and they are the worst pictures I have ever seen. We have requested individual picture redos in the past and they are no better. For the last three years we have opted not to buy any pictures from DR Photo and go to JCPenney instead. These look like terrible DMV photos NOT nice portraits. The kids aren't even looking at the camera, no poses, and it's obvious the photographer doesn't even tell them to fix their hair.
