Dr Nguyen is good doctor but his staff is horrible particularly Diana who was rude and uncaring. I’m having a gout attack and have 3 allopurinol pills left. She had no empathy and said they could not refill until they see me first and the earliest would be Jan 24 ….6 or 7 weeks away. and she said if I’m having an emergency go see my doctor or go emergency room. I had two appointments with him. The first, I liked him. He wanted to try some meds and follow up. I had my follow up yesterday. My pain is the same, the meds didn't help. He said I should sleep more and stop the meds, nothing else he could do. I said you only ever treated my pain as RA, DO you treat other chronic pain? " oh yes, I have thousands of fibro patients.
