I am not sure where to begin. Before my diagnosis for Cushing’s, I had become frustrated and depressed with my health situation. I was nearly 60 lbs overweight. This one star review is not about Doctors, it’s about STAFF. Office staff they’re not answering the phone. You don’t have access to the doctors at all. After 4 times call and leave the voice message, finally I made day off to go to the office and can make an appointment for my mother. This is not right .
Doctors are good and once you get ahold of them, they are very professional and competent. Front desk has alot to desired. No answering machine. Too many times, don't always answer phone during office hours. Trying to communicate, change or cancel an appointment in advance is an act of God. Front desk is very odd & lacksadaisical vs the professionalism of the Doctors. They are a complete mess behind the scenes . The people getting labs and making appointments etc. idk what they are doing but no one is on the same page. I’ll have two different people call me in one day with no knowledge the other had already called. They’ve sent me completely wrong labs for another patient that held me up terribly at the lab. Pretty sure that’s a HIPPA violation as well! Then they have the nerve to call and ask where my labs are when they didn’t even send the to the lab OR me .. They sent me some other str... read more
