This one star review is not about Doctors, it’s about STAFF. Office staff they’re not answering the phone. You don’t have access to the doctors at all. After 4 times call and leave the voice message, finally I made day off to go to the office and can make an appointment for my mother. This is not right .
Doctors are good and once you get ahold of them, they are very professional and competent. Front desk has alot to desired. No answering machine. Too many times, don't always answer phone during office hours. Trying to communicate, change or cancel an appointment in advance is an act of God. Front desk is very odd & lacksadaisical vs the professionalism of the Doctors.
