I met Dr. Bui once and was hoping to find a doctor who was sensitive to my situation, listened to me and was willing to look for the best treatment to help me live a normal healthy life. I was not met with that when I came in, maybe he was having a bad day but definitely there was no sensitivity or curiosity to look for the issue. He came over to me because I was wearing a turtle neck and proceeded to start pulling my shirt down to see my thyroidectomy scar without asking me to show it to him. Dr. Bui has been my endocrinologist for a while now. My condition hasn't improved or changed. The same recommendations over and over. My last visit, after waiting for almost an hour, I was greeted by a physician assistant. She did not know anything about my history or why I was there. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. This place is overbooked and crowded. If your appointment is at 9 AM, he might see you by 10 or later.
Nice doctor but a LONG WAY Even with a appointment we waited 2 hours last time to see the doctor
