I was treated with respect, and all my questions answered... the fellow here didn't mind when I asked the same question twice and had to explain a lot to me... much more than helpful... I was in 3 stores yesterday. And this is the only one that was really helpful, and the only one that I will do return business with... I highly recommend this place... I was also very happy about the price of a used phone and the one year guarantee
