Had issues with my 3 day old Z fold 7 that prairie mobile basically washed their hands (Even though they have a so-called 15 day return policy) of the z fold phone locking itself. I was in and out or Dr Phone Fit in less that 5 minutes, went home, re-loaded my 3 day old phone and am back in business. I followed their advice on setting up my phone, now everything works as it should. Thank you so much for your professionalism and prompt assistance to my issue!! I will not go anywhere else for my phone assistance.
