Do your research bf going to this "dentist"
Best dentist in Springfield. Dr Jensen knows his stuff and does a phenomenal job, however his staff doesn’t listen when you give them direct instructions on billing insurance. Ended up with a bill and was told they would send it to collections. In my opinion, they should give you more time to work out insurance issues than 60 days after the date of treatment. It’s an awful policy especially if they require 50% of payment before procedure is done. It should be 60 days after disapproval of insurance. Policy should be flexible ... read more
Never been to a dentist before that makes you pay a week before surgery, so he can pay the anesthesiologist. I ended up w/a fever & infection. Called his office, he is on vacation, so no help given.
