he is always professional as is his wife people cannot understand wait time til they are in situation
I've never had a problem with the ladies being rude I've never had a problem with the doctor my biggest complaint is the wait
Wow! I am so surprised at some of the comments from other patients. My daughter, my mother and I all have Dr. Joseph as our Ortho doctor and I can't say enough good things about every experience I have ever had with him and his staff. He takes time with his patients, he is a conservative doctor in his care plan but I appreciate that surgery is not his first answer. Doctor is the nicest part of the equation, but getting your medications refilled is such a hassle, that it makes the whole experience so not worth the wasted time. You have to hassle his staff, for sometimes weeks at a time, to simply get your medications refilled, that he prescribed for you in the first place! Staff will lie to you daily, while you go yet another day, without your medications. I would not waste the month and a half again, that I waited to see him, to be treated like such an inconvenience! Wait time is 4 hours every time & staff is RUDE, especially his wife who works there. She is snooty, obnoxious & hateful. He is nice but would never use him again but have to refrain from saying why.
Very nice doctor, some rude staff though. All in all worth the visit and I loved him.
