What happened to this wonderful well equipped gym? I'm so disappointed.
I've always enjoyed gong to golds gym, but since Brian in front desk started, he makes it even better. BRIAN you are awesome, always with such a positive attitude and smiling, and making us laugh when we go in and leave. You are amazing, great example of customer service.
After joining this past month...Very pleased with this gymnasium Few suggestions though: The staff should sing Christmas Carols on Martin Luther Kings birthday...just to add some unique drama. Some of the female guests walk around with their G-Strings and thongs sticking out...can we please ask them to cover up? I attended the group fitness classes with the PT's a few times; and they only played hip-hop music. Does Golds Gym discriminate against other genres of music? How come so many of the staff wear different color shirts... read more
One of my favorite gyms! Miss moving away and not having it compared to other gyms in the area!!
This people make it impossible to cancel membership. Play games with you, making you send letters. Very bad way to treat your customers. I've been a customer for 8 years. Now I have to jump hoops to stop billing. Pathetic.
