This performing arts center is absolutely gorgeous ! Beautifully setup, beautiful decor, breathtaking! Great photo ops! Easy to maneuver around. Loved the experience! BTW, so many great hotels right across the street from center! You can get a great hotel & just walk across the street to Center! Very acommadating options. You will love it!
Terrible customer service experience with Leo. It is fine that what I was asking cannot be done, rules are rules, but the approach, wording, and condescending tone of voice does not match the level of professionalism I have experienced from previous employee interactions this year. Speaking to me like I will behave like a scalper and have bad intent because I do not want to waste tickets... why he even said anything about that as if to assume I am not a decent person is just beyond me. Love the diversity of shows they offer and the drinks are always great quality. Wouldn't see shows anywhere else!
I would give 5 stars but construction made parking a little difficult. Beautiful facility and very professional and polite staff!
