Your ticket purchase site is abysmal. I just spent 12 minutes trying to buy tickets. After sifting through the bogus reseller ads, I found the proper site. First, the link would not permit me to purchase after the start time of ticket sales. After getting past this issue, every set that showed available was taken at the time I went to purchase. After enormous ticketing issues for a performance (crashed servers, lost place in queue, etc) I finally purchased tickets - or so I thought. Unfortunately through all the chaos of the poor ticketing system, it only purchased one seat. After realizing the error they were unable to find two seats (which is understandable - you cant create tickets) however, they refuse to issue a refund stating multiple times about "policies" and "written terms" You would think that after such horrible issues and waiting for over an hour to pur... read more
