Never boarding my cat there ever again. They took in my cat knowing she was diabetic and needed her daily shots and prescription food yet when I picked her up, she was so sick and out of it. The first thing the doctor said was that she was urinating a lot meaning her glucose was off (mind you, she was there 8 days and not once did they call me to tell me about my cats health).
