I would not recommend this practice. When I arrived for my appointment, I walked up to the front desk; a standard setup with a glass enclosure. The receptionist was seated at her computer, facing the entrance. Despite clearly seeing me, she waited several seconds before sliding the glass open and saying, “Yes?” No greeting. Always a very long wait even if you’re the first appointment of the day. Dr. Tart brought up politics, unsolicited, and degraded certain politicians and groups of people. Very disappointed and will not support someone like this. And no the timing of this has nothing to do with the election. It was just time for me to see the eye doctor for my yearly exam and I remembered to write this (meant to write it last time I came in).
DR. TART WAS VERY GOOD! we will continue to see him for our eye care needs!
Wow! Wonderful experience! Very glad this office and Dr. Tart is here in Surf City! Every interaction with every individual was excellent. Dr. Tart explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions and you can tell he is trustworthy. I had a surprise on my insurance and what they covered and instead of trying to sell me on ordering through them, they advised to look elsewhere to save money. How uncommon is that?! I've always had a phobia about my eyes. I came into this office in incredible pain and no vision at all in my left eye. Dr. Philk and his team put me at ease and made a horrifying experience easy and simple. Thank yall so much for my sight back.!
