Dr. Langer was unprofessional and botched my husbands surgery.
If it were possible to give a zero, I would! I was a victim of a personal injury accident where a shuttle van hit me personally as I was trying to enter it. I was knocked from left to right and then down which caused multiple injuries. I attended Ortho Sport and Spine for back injuries, a torn right shoulder rotator cuff, and a torn right knee meniscus. So many good reviews for a surgeon who is 100% an ortho bro and can’t take the time to do anything thoroughly or correctly. I had my hip labrum repaired (or so I thought) 3 months ago and it immediately retore due to his complete negligence. I now had to have a second revision surgery and this surgeon was able to confirm that I have a deformity that I asked Dr.Langer about several times but he couldn’t see for some reason. Dr. Langer is amazing! Last year, I went to see Dr. Langer with a labrum tear in my shoulder. He immediately made me feel at ease knowing I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and in a manner easy to understand. After having the surgery, he was very helpful in every step of the recovery. He enters rooms, tells me he can't do anything since x-ray machine isn't working. Great. Maybe shouldve told me that nugget of info before I made the 50 min drive & back. He continues to say repeatedly hes trying to treat me like a human when all he had to do was just accept blame he and/or his staff wasted my time. I frankly didn't care who was to blame.
