For the first time in over 30 years I can look in the mirror in total awe! From the very first visit to post op to follow op, the staff and Dr. Stephan have been nothing short of amazing!

His staff is so sweet, absolutely loved them. However, I am left absolutely deformed, mangled and now ashamed of my breast after a breast reduction and lift from him. My breast are uneven, different sizes, my nipples are also uneven and different sizes, jagged and so noticeably uneven. It is absolutely horrific!! I love and trust Dr. Stephan. I had a double mastectomy with a tram flap and he and his staff was with me for almost a year as we went through different phases of the cancer. Many things were handled personally by Dr. Stephan. My health, how I was treated by the hospital staff and his were above excellent. My husband’s and my needs were taken care of and if not it was addressed. Dr Stephan returned from an out of town lecture tour and came to the at 11:00 PM to check on me. Dr Stephan came
Don't allow him to perform your breast reduction. I dealt w/insurance (part due to policy error mostly due to his office not sending pics) 4mnths to get surgery approved w/no help from his rude office. Day of surgery, Dr. Stephan said something snide about the trouble I had with his office & insurance! Also, he said he'd do an anchor type surgery that would leave some side tissue, but he cut me to my back BUT STILL LEFT ALL my side breast tissue. His nurse even said it wasn't his USUAL technique
