Dr. Goldstein is an amazing doctor. He genually cares about his patients well being. I have been to many gastroentologists and he is by far the best one.
Dr Goldstein is very knowledgable and has a very pleasant bedside manner. He scheduled a procedure shortly after my initial visit in a timely manner. He met with me before and after the procedure, answering my questions and explaining what had been done. I had a question after hours and he returned my call within 5 minutes. It's apparent he is passionate about his job and cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Goldstein.
Dr. Goldstein was very personable and had a great bedside manner. Listened to my mothers complaints and concerns about her problems. He was very helpful in making her understand what issues could be causing her problems. She was scheduled quickly after referral from her PMD for the initial office visit and also for her testing. He is the BEST doctor since my Pedio from birth till age 19.He is very smart-up to date,much experience,very personable,caring,giving of his time.His answering service reached him late on sat. night for me after I started having a medical problem.I did not know if I should go to ER or not? He returned my phone call within 10 mins. and phoned in RX to my pharmacy.It was closed so he found one open 24 hrs to get me started on much needed meds. I am sure there are worse doctors out there but I really hope not. I was totally misdiagnosed with a condition I did not have and treated with medicines that only made me worse. I am so glad that I made a change and started over with someone who knew a little bit about stomach problems.
Never looks at you directly. Seems to be out the door before he even knows the point of the visit. His assistant constantly talks about her personal life and complains that the reason it takes so long to check in, is because of the very slow computer system. If you are looking for compassion- look elsewhere.
Seems to care about me as a person, not just a number. Went above and beyond to diagnose my problem and offer to offer a number of different treatment options.
