Very professional and knowledgeable
I just want to say how amazing Dr. Guillen and Dr. Heinich have been. I was bit by a very large dog in my dominant hand. Dr. Guillen came in on his vacation day to see me in the hospital because he remembered me from 5years ago. Dr. Heinich has been in contact from the beginning to make sure Dr. Guillen knew and even getting back to me on the weekends. Dr. Heinich has told me to call whenever I am no bother. Great bedside manner; quick in getting me set up with radiology and thorough in his explanation of my diagnosis. Dr Guillen's knowledge and experience was evident from the moment I stepped into the exam room. If I decide to go the route of surgery, I would not hesitate to use him as my surgeon. I had such a good experience with Dr Guillen that I'm sending my daughter, who is a nurse, his way for a consult.
I am 52, live on Long Island and have had needed a few surgeries in my life and my experience with Dr Guilian was the best of them all. During my initial appointments that were designed to accurately diagnose me he was extremely detailed & as confident and as convincing than any prior surgeon I ever used in the past, but he was much more personal & likable IMO!
