I am a previous patient. It has been 4 years since I have been there because my dizziness went away until about a month and a half ago. My primary doctor told me to contact my neurologist (Dr. Kramer) because my dizziness symptoms have returned with some additional symptoms such as my face going numb with the dizziness. First time I called, they couldn't even locate me in the system because they had switched systems in the last 4 years. They said they'd call me back same day (which they did not). I am in pain from a nerve problem running from my spine to my foot. I have had the problem for three months and my primary care physician told me to see a physiatry specialist. I called Dr. Kramer's office to make an appointment, the receptionist was very nasty to me and told me that since I did not already have an mri or xray, I would have to wait until November. If you have a problem go elsewhere unless you are willing to wait until the sun goes supernova before you can get an appointment.
I had a great experience.Dr.Kramer is very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I would highly recommend him.
For years I have been to many doctors at top hospitals around the country for dizziness. They all misdiagnosed me. Dr. Kramer listened to my story and immediately was able to tell me my diagnosis which I never heard of before. He has a plan to help me and I highly recommend him.
