I had high reviews for Dr. Yuan when I initially began seeing him years ago however as time has gone by, the level of service has become increasingly disappointing. Compassionate & professional. 8/14 Update: After having had the displeasure of dealing with an inattentive physician & poor service from his staff, I would not remotely recommend Dr. Phillip Yuan. I am writing an honest review of the staff at Dr. Philip Yuan's office on behalf of a family member who is the patient. As a first-time cash patient, I felt I was treated differently compared to when I had insurance. While I was initially greeted by the staff and told to proceed with surgery, two months went by without any calls or updates from the office manager.
