Dr Thomas and his team have provided me with the most exceptional and caring service from my first referral appointment to post surgery where I am still receiving 1:1 personalised service. Throughout this entire experience I have felt understood, safe and cared for. He is super smart, thorough and has a great manner. I've had a great experience receiving care from Dr. Thomas and his staff. Dr. Thomas patiently listened to and acknowledged my concerns whilst making me feel comfortable and safe to express my needs and wishes. The team was speedy in getting me in for surgery, and the surgery itself, even with the unexpected bumps, was successful and meticulously completed. After suffering from PMDD, & seeing many specialists in Melbourne, I had just about given up! He was my last hope, the only Doctor who didn’t gaslight me. He listened & outlined a plan for treatment. After a couple of years , it appeared the last option was a hysterectomy, & although scary, I took the plunge as I could barely function & my life had become unmanageable.It has now been 4 years & I am completely cured, have my life back & can function & work full-time.Even trained to become a train driver!
