Impossible to get ahold of nursing staff to correct a billing issue. I was sent to Quest by them to do blood work that my insurance ended up declining stating it was "experimental". The broken system healthcare is, no one communicates with each other or provides codes to me to help get this resolved. I've been trying to get them to rebill Quest and my insurance so that I'm not paying $500 out of pocket for a blood test they sent me to do, but no one answers the phone. Very nice Doctor who been attentive and thorough in treating my family member.
So far I’ve seen Dr. Blum for three EMG‘s. Dr. Blum is incredible. He has outstanding bedside manner. He walks you through what he’s doing tells you when there’s gonna be a pinch and also reviews the Diagnosis live while he perform the EMG. He has very thorough comparison reports, and all in all I just love, Doctor Blum. More specifically, Dr. Blum is helping me with lower extremity neuropathy. He found That I had tarsal tunnel in both feet which I was able to get , After speaking with him today seems to be doing just great.... read more
