Listens to my concerns, thorough in his assessments, friendly and professional. So glad I found him. I'm constantly recommending him to family and friends.

The entire staff from receptionists to nurses to x-ray techs to PA-c/ doctors are top notch! They are practical in their approach to medicine --something sorely lacking in today's medicine. They are a busy office because of their unique approach to medicine in today's COVID-paranoid environment. So thankful we were referred to them. Just watching their staff, you know they all enjoy working there even in such a busy office--heck, they made me want to ask for a job and I've been retired for 5 years!

Horrible doctors and office. They had Covid didn’t believe in the virus ans didn’t mask up and didn’t tell the patients they continued to see while being with Covid. They gave both my parents Covid ans our mom died. They never even called to offer condolences or anything. Should not be allowed to continue practicing.

Dr. Henry was our doctor for a year. He was okay until both my wife and I needed specialists. My wife's kidney was failing and Dr. Henry said there were no nephrologists available in Spokane. Then I suffered a hernia, Henry sent me for an ultrasound and said he was referring me to a surgeon. After 2 months of that not happening, we decided to change doctors. Our new doctor, within a week, had appointments for my wife (in Spokane!) and myself with a surgeon. Knowledge without CARING does not make a good doctor.

Readily accepted Medicare patients when others stopped. Dr. Henry is attentive and thorough and I would recommend him for other seniors. He takes the time to listen and explains options very well.

Seen Dr Henry once. His office is small and dirty and front desk lady is cold and dressed unprofessional. I later developed a rash on my face and needed an antibiotic. I called to see if they could get me in (says same day appointments all over their website). They couldn’t get me in for five days and said that I could see a different dr one day sooner, but he couldn’t give me a RX bc I wasn’t a trusted patient yet. For an antibiotic?! What if I came down with pneumonia? Same policy then?!

Great doctor. Careful. Courteous. Patient. Pays attention- gives you full attention. Doesn't waste time. Conservative in ways I want him to be but ready to check for problems if he feels need. I trust this man with my health and life for good reasons

Exactly what we need in a Doctor. Personable, knowledgeable and compassionate. Takes the time to connect with the patient. I was very happy with his care of me and even more impressed with his care of my son.
