Dr. Harrelson is one of the worst doctors I have been to. I went in with pain back in 2019 and he made fun of what I was telling him. I followed up with a different doctor and he agreed with me on what I was telling him and treated me with the necessary treatment. Not sure if he is still around but never again.
Wish there was a 0 star option. The customer care took a horrible dive in the last year. After refusing to send in a month supply of an antidepressant (yes, the fault is on us for not noticing the refills were out), making us call back and forth to see if the pharmacy would “spot us”, they sent in a script for 5 pills (which cost $4 to fill) and scheduled an appointment 5 days out to come in, be checked and get a new script for the next year.
