The dentist and office staff was very professional at first. 2nd appt. Waited in the exam chair for at least an hour, Dr. Sobo would check in briefly and smile, leave and tend to the next patient. Charged me for a root canals that weren't performed, yet, verified by another dentist and confirming with my dental insurance company that his office did charge for a procedure that wasn't performed.
