Dr. Self is a long-time well-respected doctor in the Alva area, and my family has visited his office across 3 generations. Last I checked, he wasn't taking new patients, but if you're lucky enough to become one of his patients, I highly recommend his care!
If you value your life DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!! I stand corrected....Nurse playing at Doctor. I moved from another state and he couldn't even get the prescription that I have been on approved by my insurance company!! Gross incompetence!!!
