Great doctor and understanding 110% rated
I have been seeing Dr. Otterbeck for about 10 years. I have always found him to be highly competent (can't say that about many other physicians here on S.I.), most thorough and friendly. He spends time with you and answers all questions. Although I have had no problems with his staff, reading many other reviews it is apparent that it needs an overhaul
