Excellent customer service from all the staff, my praise for Dr Bergersen puts him as the best urologist and he handled my prostate removal with care, professionalism and as I go through the after care, he is as compassionate as anyone could ask for. If you are contemplating seeing Dr Bergersen I am happy to speak to you about my experiences
Great Staff, very friendly, Dr Bergesen is a very good Urologist, explains everthing well, I found him easy to talk to, my procedure went well
I had advised them at 08:00 that I would be running late I rushed to get there knowing I needed a mask I forgot mine The reception holding a box of masks rudely said to me that she can’t give them out Willy nilly You’ll need to go get it or go buy one I was really nervous because I was get results of scans Normally I would have given her my say!!
