The care that you get at this practice is perfunctory at best. Spend 10 minutes in this revolving door of a waiting room and you will see an incredibly quick rotation of patients. The consultation itself reveals, at best a level of disinterest and at worst a blatant disregard for patient (often cancer patients) concerns that is gobsmacking. There are so many other practitioners in this area with excellent bedside manners as well as their fingers on the pulse of cutting edge medical developments who should be preferred.
Excellent customer service from all the staff, my praise for Dr Bergersen puts him as the best urologist and he handled my prostate removal with care, professionalism and as I go through the after care, he is as compassionate as anyone could ask for. If you are contemplating seeing Dr Bergersen I am happy to speak to you about my experiences
