EXCELLENT Doctor! My mother is 89 and he went above and beyond to address her health conditions, answer all my questions and concerns. I left him messages and he called back within a couple hours and gave me his undivided attention and time. My mother's procedure was early on a Monday morning and HE CALLED ME Sunday afternoon to see if we were fine with the instructions and if I had any final questions! Extraordinary bedside manner and showed the utmost care and concern! I strongly recommend Dr. PHILLIP GILMAN!
