Dr. Phil Kim gave me a fantastic experience. I already had X-rays, and he did not charge me for the consultation that day. He even provided an additional CT scan at no extra cost and took the time to explain the surgical risks, details, and precautions very clearly. What stood out to me most was how reasonable and transparent everything felt. Really wanted to like Dr. Kim, as my general dentist strongly referred him to me. Said they took insurance online, but did not take it at door, only 350 cash for my consult & scans. Felt pressured during the consult, and Dr. Kim was not particularly warm to answering my questions. Took so long getting my medical records at the end of the appointment from the front desk billing staff, and I never even got the dvd of my scans I was promised. I have my surgery today Dr. Kim and his staff are awesome. I was very afraid of being put asleep, but they assured me that I would be OK. Dr. Kim put in the IV. I didn’t even fill it. Then he told me that he would put some medicine in my IV and he assured me that he would just do a little bit at a time before I knew it I was asleep and waking up procedure was done. Everyone in the office is excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim and his staff. 😀
Doctor Kim and his staff were amazing! I like to acknowledge great work, communication, and overall experience when it’s due. My wife had surgery here, and had nothing but great things to say, and with my experience I feel the same. Even over the weekend after my surgery Doctor Kim answered our texts of questions quickly, and has been very informative over this whole process. If I could, I’d give 6 stars!
