Absolutely terrible experience with Dr Phan Thi, I had been booked in as the first apprlointment and she was running late. Then during the consultation she took a phone call without any explanation or apologies. After diagnosing my symptoms Dr Thi asked what I wanted to do.. I'm not the doctor. She then suggested an online doctor for further information.. what a waste of time and money!
The reception is nice, the doctor is talkative and interesting. 5 star rating!
