I was happy that my Insurance assigned me Dr. Banooni, he has great reviews and seems like a good doctor. Sadly, I was not able to see him. Good luck making an appointment or speaking to anyone in the office. I tried 4 times throughout the day and got transferred to an answering machine every time. It has been a week and never got a call back. I ended up changing my PCP with my insurance company. So save yourself the trouble and find a new PCP that has an office staff so you can actually make an appointment!
New facility located next door. Slightly bigger place, slightly less embarrassing having to pee in a cup (same type of cup is used for drinking water) because you dont have to walk through the waiting room with it, but still very bad service. I used sick hours at work to do a follow up and I waited and hour and 45 minutes. I would understand if it was a one time thing.
