We were referred by another doctor. We arrived at 11:00a and it’s now 1:30p in the afternoon. It puzzles me that not one staff member came to alert their patients that they are running behind. This is ridiculous. It is totally unacceptable and unfair. Just a common courtesy to reassure us, not until I mentioned my frustration. My father is 93 years old and it’s difficult for him to be waiting this long. As I sit here and observe others waiting I can tell that they are all upset.
Dr. Carvounis gave a good attitude and made me feel safe during my consultation with him.
