I went to this Doctor when I was 18 who was awful. Told me I couldn’t have PCOS cause I am young. Took no notice of my symptoms didn’t even ask. I was in the room with her for 3 mins and she dismissed me, rushed me out the door. Well she misdiagnosed me as 5years later when I have the courage to try again to get help I was diagnosed with PCOS. I will say this till my dying day: Don’t see this doctor. During the height of COVID, I was in my early 20s and had to attend emergency appointments alone. I had a referral after numerous trips to the emergency department in excruciating pain. When I saw this doctor, she offered little to no communication. I saw Dr Ladwig back in 2022. I was too scared to say anything back than, but women after women keep getting horrible treatment from this doctor and I feel like I have a responsibility to share my experience to warn others. I have endometriosis, in 2022 this was still be investigated. My appointment with Dr Ladwig was traumatising, incredibly uncomfortable, she was dismissive, abrupt, demanding, she laughed at my pain repeatedly. I did not have a good experience with this doctor. She was rude. She ran through everything very quickly and it felt as though she was trying to push me out the door. She recommended seeing other health professionals and then later told me that it was not necessary.
