I had a deeply unsettling experience with Dr. Yoo's clinic that I feel compelled to share. Initially, Dr. Yoo was polite, but his behavior drastically changed when I brought up concerns about his receptionists’ rudeness. He started sending aggressive and accusatory emails, some during the early hours of the morning (around 12–1 a.m.) and even on holidays like Christmas and New Year. Now I've listened to his ad on the radio saying he welcomes kids....it's totally a lie....people!! Do not go there, especially if you have a kid to be seen by him, I highly recommend not go there. Year ago, my son had a dental treatment from him, but as my kid cried little too much, he who called himself Docter literally threw the tools and walked away, saying he wouldn't do that....he just walked away!!! in the middle of the treatment with a hole left on the tooth he was working on....a week later we came in and he closed t... read more

Dr. Yoo and staff have served our family for years since opening. We have always received high quality dental care. I would recommend the office to anyone, any age. He is a calm, soft spoken dentist, always with a smile on his face.
