Dr. Tseng delivered my son although he wasn't my OB at the time. He has such a calm demeanor. Everything went smoothly even when there were complications. He took care of everything and I felt comfortable with him.
Another Doctor referred me to Dr Tseng and I really liked him. He was very gentle, caring and took time to explain things to me. He listened to what I had to say and didn't rush me. He has a good personality which is very important to me. I would highly recommend Dr Tseng .
