Dr Chang in his staff are the upmost professionals. I would recommend them to anyone having laser retina surgery !
Dr. Peter Chang does not care about his patients, he has poor communication skills, he seems concentrated only on money. His lack of empathy it's very disconcerning. I have made three requests from my office records. Every time he gives me an excuse why he can't give them to me. First he tells me there are too many pages, then he tells me he no longer takes my insurance, then he told me I have to make an appointment. He’s been my doctor for a long time and trust his judgement and opinion 100%. He’s one of only a handful of doctors I trust.
The doctor has no office staff and the office is only open when he has an appointment. Dr Chang tends to cancel appoints regularly and often. Dr. Chang is not pleasant and does not like to work with other healthcare providers in turn cause poor patient care as well as delaying medical treatment.
