My experience with Peter was fantastic.
No stars if there was that option. Rude, incompetent and half witted booking staff actually refused to state what the out-of-pocket expenses were - and the attitude was 'well if you don't like it you don't like it so nothing I can do'. UNBELIEVABLE! Apparently you are expected to accept that as all okay. Pretty sure refusing to identify out-of-pocket expenses must be unethical or illegal in provision of Medicare & private health services somewhere in the rules and regulations.
