Dr Van der Meer is outstanding! I was scheduled to have an epidural in the area my doc recommended. Dr Van Der Meer spent 20 minutes with me showing me my MRI . Upon his explanation and visuals, it was obvious that I did not need an epidural... my problem was something else. He then returned to his office to give me the names of three different professionals to see to address this issue. How many docs would do that? I am so grateful to have met him. I also must report that his staff of nurses are top notch!
