Dr Tsakiris performed my SARME and double-jaw surgery a few years ago, and I still see him for yearly reviews. His level of care, expertise and bedside manner are second to none. I'm glad I stuck with my gut and went with him and not the surgeon my orthodontist recommend as still to this day I do not believe I would have gotten the same results! Forever grateful to Dr T for my life-changing results!
premium price for an average service . tried charging me for a piece of tooth left behind during wisdom tooth removal . had my colleague done similar for a lot less on dental99 .
Dr Tsakiris is wonderful and a consumate professional, however the receptionists he now has are dissmissive and contrite bordering on arogant and rude. Further to this their thick eastern European accents make them very difficult to comunicate with and they make no appologies for the lack of English skills.
I sent three emails and made one phone call; kindly requesting an appointment with the surgeon as he cam highly recommended. The phone message at the practice states that they attend to emails very regularly. I asked them politely that if the surgeon did not wish to see me (my initial surgeon lost the rights to operate at POW due too internal politics, my second surgeon has been suspended) then to please just let me know and I would go elsewhere. I also work in health and I find this very unprofessional and disappointing.
