Dr. Peter Nguyen was one of the attending doctors at the hospital when I had an adverse reaction to antibiotics post-surgery back in September 2020. I had just gotten a septorhinoplasty a week before with a turbinate reduction and he was the only doctor who foresaw the problem with my results. If I could give a 0 stars I would. I seen this man for a year. Allergies, acid reflux and cough. Every time I had an appt. He added another med to my list. I had nose drops then pills then throat spray! Then everything affected my voice. Lost my voice every other day. Couldn’t function. I called him. He told me rinse my mouth out every time I spray in my mouth. Didn’t work. He sent me to get thyroid test. Ok he says your thyroid is so inlarged we need to take it out. 2nd opinion with this doctor; not impressed on several levels. My preference is a doctor top in his field ~ and ~ treats patients with respect, civility and answers relevant questions. Why would anyone put up with less? I agree - too many other well qualified, experienced ENT's to choose from. Glad he is not my primary physician - what a nightmare to deal with.
What really pissed me off from this dr is the amount of time I had to wait in the waiting room. I'm here on time for my appt. If you're running late then call me and let me know that and I won't come on time. And this happened multiple times. I'd pick someone that was more prompt. Wasted my time when I had things to do after. I had one day off after working for 72 hrs and was going back on for 96hrs the next day. So I have shtt to do. Your time is NOT more important then mine.
